The muffins are very moist with a similar texture to banana bread made with refined flour and sugar. You would never know that they are gluten free and contain extra protein.

They are easy to make. We’ve done a lot of the work for you in measuring out each dry ingredient and packaging it into a simple package with easy directions. All you need to do is measure the four wet ingredients, mix, spoon into a muffin or loaf pan, and bake.

Each pouch makes a dozen (12) very large muffins. You may also choose to make smaller muffins, in which you can make approximately 18-24 muffins per pouch. They are very filling, so a dozen goes a long way.

Yes! They freeze very well. Store them in a freezer bag or airtight container in you freezer and defrost them as needed.

Yes, dairy milk works great. The package states to use plant-based milk because the product is listed as being dairy-free. If you prefer to use dairy milk, that is completely fine. They will turn out great.

You can use any oil of your choice, you'll just want to keep flavor in mind. We tend to favor coconut oil due to it's sweeter and more neutral flavor profile. Many other cooking oils can be very inflammatory to your body, so coconut oil is a great choice.
