"These muffins are delicious! My daughter loves them and I love that they are a great source of protein and fiber without the excessive amounts of sugar and none of the chemicals I can’t even pronounce found in most mixes out there. Not only that, don’t let the muffins shown on the outside of the packet fool you-if you make only 12, the muffins are huge in size! We prefer our muffins to be a bit smaller and want to make them last a little longer so I usually make 15-16 with this mix. We add about 1/3 cup enjoy life chocolate chips too because we love the combo of bananas and chocolate but the muffins are also so good without the addition. Worth it for the taste and quality, after all you can’t put a price on your health!"
